De la NEETs la Angajat
We turn young people without prospects into professionals through modern training and active career support.
About the project
Proiectul „De la NEETs la Angajat" este o inițiativă dedicată tinerilor din Regiunea Nord-Vest care nu sunt încadrați în muncă, educație sau formare profesională (NEETs). Prin intermediul acestui program, oferim un traseu complet de reintegrare — de la consiliere vocațională și orientare în carieră, până la formare profesională certificată și plasare pe piața muncii.
How it works
Fiecare participant beneficiază de evaluare individuală, mentorat personalizat și sprijin continuu pe toată durata programului. Cursurile de calificare sunt adaptate cerințelor reale ale angajatorilor din regiune, iar la finalizare, tinerii sunt însoțiți activ în procesul de angajare prin parteneriate cu companii locale.

What qualification certificate do I receive?
National qualification certificate in the chosen profession recognized (Qualifications Authority).
Can you help me find a job?
YES! Placement + 6 months monitoring included.
Who can apply?
Anyone under 30, unemployed/not studying, motivated to change.
Free benefits
Accredited qualification courses
Participants receive nationally recognised vocational training delivered by authorised trainers. At the end of the program, each student receives an ANC-issued certificate that enables employment in the chosen field.
CV, interviews, job placement
We provide personalised support for CV writing, interview coaching and direct connection with partner employers. Each participant is guided all the way to a job that fits their qualification.
Transport exchange and settlement
We provide a monthly stipend and cover transport throughout the course, so that participation is accessible to all, regardless of financial situation. With this support, we remove material barriers.
6-month post-employment monitoring
After employment, we provide ongoing support for six months: mentoring, counselling and rapid intervention in case of any difficulty. The goal is keeping the job and stable integration into the labour market.
