The vicious circle
In Romania, 4 out of 10 people leaving prison end up back inside. We punish, release, punish again. A cycle where no one learns anything and no one wins.
The invisible victims
In Romania there are 13,000 invisible children — the children of those in detention. They have done nothing wrong, but they carry the stigma, the poverty and the loneliness. Children who are orphans with living parents.
The solution is in the community
We don't wait for the state to fix everything. We go where no one else wants to go. We walk into prisons, we sit at the table of the homeless, we hug forgotten children.

In prisons
Participate in educational, mentorship and emotional support programs for inmates. Help them discover their potential and prepare for reintegration.
In the community
Support the families of incarcerated people, the children of the Network of Angels, or the beneficiaries of the Social Inclusion Center through donations, transportation or recreational activities.
At the Kitchen of Hope
Give your time at the social kitchen in Cluj-Napoca, where 400 vulnerable people receive a hot meal and a kind word every day.
What can a single person do?
One hour a week
A volunteer helping a child with homework can change the trajectory of their whole life. Children who receive mentoring are 3x more likely to finish high school.
One day a month
At the Kitchen of Hope, you help serve 450+ meals. For many, it's the only hot meal of the day. For everyone, it's proof that they're not invisible.
One conversation
In prison, a simple conversation can be the turning point. 85% of inmates in PFR programs no longer reoffend. The national rate? 50%.
